Alertpay is functional in almost all part of the world where Paypal isn't. I think its just a matter of time before it outrun Paypal. India also have credit/decbit card. In India you can use credit/debit card to make purchases online and also withdraw your earnings from any Visa/Mastercard ATM.

There are some discussions already about this on the forum.

    - etc.

Among all, I think AlertPay and 2CheckOut (2CO) is the most popular ones.

Alertpay & 2CO both are best options for Indians

Both have Verified by VISA & Mastercard 3D Secure System. (Alertpay have this 2 days back - Good for Indians not having the Credit Card but have Debit card).

Depending on your target market, you may also go for CCAvenue and/or EBS. They are not too reliable though.

PayPal is the best option, followed by 2CO and perhaps Plimus.
