CamStudio, why voice & screen lost synchronization?

I'm using CamStudio for a video. It is about 30 minutes. At the beginning, it is ok, then gradually, the voice & screen lost synchronization. The recorded voice got some day. And the delay is getting more and more, especially when it is the ending.

are there any settings I should change? or should I just record short videos, like 5-10 minutes?

or, is it just my computer?

Probably not. There seems to be lots of references to similar problems in Google. This video might help -
