On Commission Junction you can, when creating your affiliate link, say which website you'll be using the advertisement on. Does this matter? For example, if I put down SiteA.com but it's used on SiteB.com, will all tracking still work as intended? Thanks!

    If you place a tracking code on SiteB, that is intended for SiteA I do believe it will report the sales came from SiteA, as that is the site the tracking code is intended for.

    For better targeted, reporting and analysis, you should really set up different tracking codes for EACH website and only use those codes on their respective sites.
