I have 2 icons that say "Join Me on FB" & "Follow Me on Twitter" which I am placing on a new website built on a wordpress platform.

How do I set up my FB & Twtr pages so that they allow visitors to sign up when they get to them from my new website?

In other words how do I get signup boxes like the ones on these 2 websites onto my FB & Twtr pages:

Twitter / WordPressWizard (The Join Today box at the top rt of this page)

Mari Smith - San Diego, CA | Facebook (Sign up box at top rt of this page)
