New Format - Two WSO's of the Day?

Is today's double WSO of the Day concept going to become the norm?

One WSO of the Day for Online, One for Offline?

What's your take on this new format? Good, Bad, Why?

(edited: WSO of the Day is NOT an official designation of the Warrior Forum)

Ask the folks who run that deal... it has nothing to do with the Warrior Forum.

      Puuuuu-leeeese.

I expected a response like that - although not in the nano-second you took.

I know WSO Pro is not WF - however, those who create products and use WSO Pro typically hang out in here.

I'm not looking for ML's take on the question - I wonder what Warriors think...

It needs to be repeated every time, because it's obvious that a large number of members don't know that they're separate entities, and many people think that WSO of the Day is an official endorsement by the Warrior Forum management.

As for what I think two WSOs of the Day -- not much either way. I can't think of any way it's going to change anything in the WSO Forum.

From a marketing perspective, test test test. If it brings WarriorPRO more profit, smart move.

Is this really a question that needs answering.... M.O.N.E.Y.

The only reason I can see for getting rid of the presell copy they always had is to make things easier for the person running it. No more need to sit there and bang out a few paragraphs each day. There's no other logical explanation for that.

As for having two offers, obviously you have more of a chance of selling something to someone if you give them two options rather than just the one.

It's all about increasing the bottom line. But aren't all business decisions?

Without the presell - conversions could drop.

On the other hand - the two options and teensy weenie presells - could actually peak curiosity - and conversions could rise

I wonder which group spends more - onliners or offliners?

That's true but there's no way to know for sure unless you test it. If he removes the presell copy and conversions don't drop then he's just cut his job in half.

I think you'll find on this forum, a lot of them (offliners and onliners) are the exact same people.

Then it's a test worth testing.

          Then they may buy both.

    Honestly, 2 offers per day?
It has me wondering what kind of screening process is used.
The actual QUALITY of the product itself should be first, not just the sales numbers it is pulling. And with 2 per day...heck even 1 per day....well, make your own decision.

as far as i am aware there is no screening. Mike doesn't review the product the presale stuff comes from the sales page, he just chooses ones he likes that he thinks will make money and promotes them

Well, considering how buyers, especially "newbies" flock to the "WSO of the Day" because they assume it must be good, (after all, it is the "WSO of the DAY")...that's just terrible business practice, imo. I'd never recommend or promote a product that I hadn't thoroughly reviewed.

Now, some might say it's okay because "the WSO has a lot of good reviews".

I don't care if it has 400+ amazing reviews, if I haven't personally looked it over, I'm not going to recommend it. Period.

As far as you are aware? Where are you getting your information from?

Mike would be completely stupid if he did not check out the products he was promoting. All it takes is one bad product that burns people and his list is virtually worthless - a list that is easily worth upwards of a million dollars a year to him.

I've heard Mike say before that he will try to go in and check out the product before promoting it. Obviously if it's a large course he can't go through the entire thing but you can generally get a pretty good idea from just a small sample of a course. You'll also notice he promotes a lot of tools, softwares, and things like that. There is a lot less risk in promoting these types of products as opposed to make money online type courses.

I think that is why you will also see Mike giving WSO of the Day over and over to a lot of the same people. It reduces the risk on his part if he knows the seller has already had a successful WSO and has a good following around the forum.

Oh, and the presell copy he used was NOT taken from the sales page.
