So yes...where can i find people interested in getting a free website? I posted on some forums, they always consider that as spam, i sent emails through craiglist, no1 reply...so any advice is apprechiated.

    Offering service is not allowed in many forums only in specific areas but you can advertise your service in free classified websites just post your ads on :

    1.Craigslist
    2.Backpage
    3. Kijiji
    4.Oodle
    5.Olx.com
    6.Usfreeads.com
