script asking a user to like a page in order to continue?

I'm looking for a script that asks the user to like a facebook fan page in order to proceed further in the site.
For example, like our fan page in order to get to our download area or something like that.
Anyone?

    i would need and version for non WP sites, btw which one of both links in your sig?

    There are probably a few. Check in the wso section. I have one, social purchase (or something like that) that requires them to generate a certain amount of likes from their fb friends before they get a download. Havent implemented it yet, but looks very powerful if you pitch it right.

    For the script to work your site will need to include Facebook Connect. You set this up as an app through http://developers.facebook.com/apps
    With this in place you can add Facebook Connect script to your site then put the 'Like' button to progress link on your site. You need the Facebook app setup so that the Facebook graph can authenticate your site and check the user details include 'like your page'. From there you can choose what happens with the user. It's similar to a 'Fan Gate' system used by lots of companies within Face. Red Bull is a good example. It's easy to do inside Facebook as an app but more difficult on a 3rd party website. Get Connect running first then the 'fan gate' is simple.
