Why a website goes from 4th to 8th position in one day?
Is it still "google dance" ?

    This is par for the course, I wouldn't worry about it, yes it's the google dance. I have a friend whose site keeps jumping from position 600 to the first page, it's crazy. Do yourself a favour and just keep adding content and backlinking to your site instead of checking your ranking all the time, it will slowly drive you mad. Eventually it should settle.

    Thanks for help,I easily notice when it changes position because the visits FALL down ,i thought it was stable ,i don't make any money from it so my life doesn't change that much ,but sometime I try to understand this infernal machine!

    Yes this is the google dance, this is most likely because google deemed some of your backlinks simply as an event (perhaps you backlinked an excessive amount one day). This will return with further consistent backlinking.
