Blogger "Follower widget" missing, HELP PLEASE!

A week before I made some changes to my blog, which also includes changing the url of my blog. Suddenly, my followers gadet was missing. It shows blank space.

I tried to remove and reload the gadget, moved to different locations but no use! I've asked Google Forum for the follower widget problem but no one replied,

I also used the "Google Friend Connect" system to add follower widget to my blog but it again shows blank white space.

Can anyone please tell me how to bring followers widget back?

My blog url is in the signature, and I'm not writing this thread for promotion.

    Hey I've found a solution to followers widget problem for blogger.

    Few days ago I found a template called "News More Blogger Template" and I found an exactly similar blogger template called " Newspanel blogger template"

    I installed Newsmore template, which didn't display followers widget. However Newspanel template has followers widget shown up.

    So my suggestion is that:

    "Instead of finding html code for followers widget and editing it (which can ofcourse destroy your blog layout), find a similar blogger template. As there are plenty of identical blog templates over the internet."
