I would bet that it is only a matter of time before you have have a problem.

Generally speaking, never use a trade name or brand name in a domain unless you own the company or have permission in writing from the company.

It is generally ok to talk about a brand or company as long as you do not defame them, etc.

Having said that, I AM NOT an attorney and you should always seek legal advice BEFORE doing something like that or be willing to suffer the consequences, whatever they may be.

bla bla bla won't protect you if Netflix comes after you for trademark infringement. Adding words to the trademark also doesn't protect you.

      From the Netflix affiliate agreement:

You may not use the trademark in your URL or in copy.

You shouldn't have done that. You just wasted your money. Netflix is a registered tradmark or whatever. You can't just use stuff like that in your domain name.

Thanks guys. Appreciate it. Another $10 down the drain. that's fine as long as I save myself from trouble later on as it is more of a burden.

I would say better safe than sorry.

First, people with video websites are being hit hardly by FTC and politician, now think if you give them a good reason will they bring you down ?

I would say don't get yourself in trouble, you want to use their exact name in your domain, the domain will not get you in trouble but once you use it in the same market, netflix will come after you

No question about this - do NOT use the domain and just let it expire next year.

Of course. Netflix is a trademark. They can send a cease and desist or just sue you if they wanted to, unless you intend to use it for a fanpage or Netflix pardody, which I find unlikely. It isn't worth the trouble registering other people's trademarks.
