Hey Warriors, I have a product in the health niche and I was wondering if I could sell unrestricted rights to it. So what I am saying, is I want to know if this can be done similar to site flipping. So instead of just selling the site i would sell the product, the articles, blog and everything that is attached to the domain name. They buyer could just put their name on everything. Here is some stats: the website has a page rank of 1 it is on Yahoo and MSN for several keywords relating to the product Monthly visitors 1000+ and growing Monthly income $200+ What do you think guys? |

If you're referring to selling the domain + site files + the goodies - you absolutely can! In fact, a package deal like this makes the site much more attractive to customers. I've done it a few times myself. If you mean that you want to keep the site but allow one person to sell your product that would be selling (very limited) resell rights, which is also another perfectly viable option. |

You can if you created the product, wrote the articles & blog posts, etc. If you didn't create the product you would have to ensure the license allows redistribution rights.

If I actually understand your post, you don't want to sell the domain name and sell every other thing 'related' to it. If so, you may put it up on another domain name, and clearly explain the reason to prospect buyers. With those stats, you can rake in good money. You may rake in a couple grands if you sold with your domain name as well. Without the domain name, it may make the work of the propsect buyer a lil' bit harder - traffic building and getting good rankings etc because they are all good for the domain name. |

After that I would have nothing to do with it. I haven't got much sales as yet. So what would you recommend: get some more sales to for proof of income or I could just sell everything as is? | |

You could sell a limited number of RR to the product, including the sales page, for anywhere from $67 to $97 each. |

You can sell your site for $1500+ and then create another site.

| There is no reason at all why you can't do that - in many cases, this is site flipping. The only associated thing that you would not be able to sell is your mailing list. If this has been driving a lot in the way of repeat custom, then sales figures wouldn't mean so much as the buyer would be unable to rely on utilizing it in the future.

I'm confused. Why can't the mailing list be sold with the business?
