I was hoping someone might be able to help me - I am trying to clean up the sound with some camtasia recordings that I am making. With the built in microphone there is some fairly substantial feedback or a sound that emanates from the speakers from the recording. With the plantronics headet I am using that feedback is still there, but not as bad. Is there some settings I can adjust to prevent this? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! |

Can you post a sample of the audio? Might be better able to pinpoint your problem... |

Hi Justin Which CS are you using. I had CS 5 and it produced an annoying chirping sound. It took me ages to find but I got this from Techsmith to solve the problem. Sorry I don't have the link but if you Google SWFMP3Fixer this should help. It's a .exe file and all you do is put in your swf file and hey presto - it cleans it up ![]() I hope this works Regards Peter |

Thanks for trying to help guys... I am using CS6. I just changed some of the settings on it so we'll see if that helps. I will post whether that made the necessary changes or not. If not I will try to post a sample recording like Lon suggested to try to see exactly what's happening! |
