The site is up. Now what?

Hi guys.

I have a brand new site set up to sell mobile-optimized websites.

It's located here:

FlyTown Mobile Web Services | Mobile Website Creator

As you can see, it's set up so that any customer can buy access and create their own mobile website in minutes. I'm stoked about getting it out into the marketplace.

Which leads me to my question: how should I market this site? The WSO that the template came with suggests sending emails to business owners in certain niches. However, I'm running into some logistical trouble there: mainly, how can I send a large volume (200-300) of emails every day without getting smacked by my email provider? Should I use a bulk mailer? If so, which one? And would I need to use proxies?

Any insights here would be great. I'm a newb at this and need all the help I can get!

If it were me I would get face to face with some business owners. If you go to a networking evening and can explain what you do in 30 seconds you should get some business - or at least a meeting or two.

I have a real business and I am inundated with email approaches - I read non of them - ever. Now if I meet someone who tells me he can sort out a mobile website for me then I am interested.

It were me i would have found out the what next before i even bought the wso...

Maybe you should attend that workshop on how to use PLR in your sig file

As an addon here this is the classic newbie mistake, they put up a website because it looks like a good idea then they try to find the market for it. When it should be the other way around...find the market and the plan to market to them then put up the website

Yes, personally I wouldn't automate any of this yet. I would find their site and highly personalise the emails i.e. Hi Nick, I've looked at your site about dogs burping and think my doggy deoderant would be an ideal accompanyment to your dog toothpaste. .....

Only when you've tested and refined your emails would I hire staff to do it for me therefore automating the process.

A personal email wins over an automated one every day. More work, more effort but much better returns.
