Amazon Mechanical Turk -newbie review

so many people have told me, goto Amazon Mechanical Turk it's quick cash for newbies with almost no effort, well i been there, and all i saw was hard work which 95% of them i didnt have enough knowledge to do and all they are willing to pay is like 2$, 5$, 10$ max for a job.. and even the easiest work will take me several hours,

is there something on that site that i'm missing?

    You are not missing anything. This site is not worth your time if you are trying to make money. You could outsource work on this site, but I haven't had much success with this.
