possible Sell Of E-Commerce Site To UK Buyer Question

I have my site on Flippa, have quiet a few interested parties. I had someone today send me this message.

"Hi

I have been monitoring your sale, I'm very interested. Unfortunately, because I'm UK based, I don't have a US SSN, or EIN.

I assume I would also need to pass a credit check to order the stock from the suppliers. How do I get hold of this in order to bid on your website?

Thanks"

I am not sure what information he needs anyone with experience selling or if your from the UK do you know how I could help him? Thanks for your time

    mention to him that he could set up business in the U.S.

    I run an ecommerce store in the U.S. and have a LLC, EIN, U.S. bank account, U.S. merchant account and retail only to US. customers - and I run this business from my home in AUSTRALIA.

    It can be done. Incorporating a US company and getting an EIN is actually pretty easy to do as a non-U.S. resident. Your buyer could then accept payments using his U.K. payment processor or could go about finding a U.S. bank account and merchant account provider.
