Some of the stories coming out today are incredible.

First, Google admits to paying a 500 MILLION dollar penalty for allowing Canadian pharmacies to advertise using AdWords in violation of US law.

But, more stories are emerging revealing that Google might be aware of some super unethical behavior involving:

1. Click fraud.

2. Profiting off mistaken domains and mis-spelled domains.

3. And massive profits off phantom ads.

I understand this is hard to believe but you've got to read this:

A Harlan thread with no replies? And I just happened upon it? I must be dreaming or something.

I liken this to Google waiting until AFTER the lucrative 4th Quarter to slap the JCPenny for using un-ethical link build outs. Puh-leeze. They already made there money!

Oh pleaze we all know Google has two kinds of ethics: 1. everyone else should do no harm and be good online citizens; 2. Except Google - they make profit even breaking their own do no harm mantra.
