Keyword Research Ebay Question

When you do keyword research for search engines you can find how many people are searching for particular keywords.

Is there a way (and I'm thinking probably not) to find what keywords people are looking for on Ebay? So that when you list something on Ebay you know what the best keywords are to use in the title.

I've never seen any research tools that show how many people are searching for a given keyword there.

When I was still selling, I used a research tool called HammerTap that would show completed listings. What I liked was it would take the listings containing the keyword and break down the title words for all listings.

It was pretty easy to find out what title words were in the listings that were selling ... as well as those that weren't selling.

I currently use terapeak to find pricing since the default goes back 90 days and it has options to go back one year in 90 day increments. But I haven't seen the quality analysis that HammerTap provided.

HammerTap rings a bell - I've got a feeling I used that a few years back. I might have to look at that or do some long, time consuming research

    Thanks
