How to manage all of your projects and ideas without pulling your hair out

Once you've got at least the basics of Internet marketing down, you start to get a lot of ideas. But the more you have, the more difficult it is to manage them. And an idea is only as useful as it is available when you need it.

Enter Evernote. ( I'm not an affiliate. I'm just sharing this ). It's a service that let's you store notebooks of information online containing text, images, anything. But here's why it's so useful.

It's SEARCHABLE. so you don't need to fumble through a byzantine list of folders and text documents. You just type into the search box and Kapow!

I recommend also picking up the screengrab plugin for firefox. One of the best methods for idea generation is to take a look at what others are up to and see i any principles of it are useful. Not Copying but Modeling. For example.

If you see a logo that looks good, you use the plugin it to take a picture of it, then paste that picture into evernote.

Then later, you can take a look at it and deconstruct why that logo looks so good so you can make yours look good too.

This has made life so much easier for me. And I think it will for you too.

    I'll check it out, thanks.

Technology is great, but I love whiteboards too. Sometimes you just got to stand there and write things out. Helps me see the bigger picture.
