Ok I have a question what percent of people do you think never refund products regardless if the product sucks or not?

    Not many, most people are honest... depends on what you put in your sales letter in part...

    Some cheapskates do just buy the product, ask for a refund and keep it for free.

    On the plus side, those people never do anything with it.

    That's one reason to be carefuly of 100% affiliate commissions, but for the most part it's nothing to worry about.

    But Don't focus on that kind of thing... focus on all the people that WILL buy your product and even better... WILL use it!

    Positive mindset sir... you gotta have it

    The better your product, the lower the refunds... if it teaches well and compels them to take action, they won't refund.

    Most people don't refund out of apathy.

    Some scumbags just buy and refund straight off the bat :p But that's just the cost of doing business.

    if you sell via clickbank or paypal you will see a slightly higher percentage of serial refunders targeting you because they know how the system works.

    most of these guys dont want any serious trouble and they usually dont want to actually have to fight the allegations. serious merchant accounts will often times put up a stronger front for their merchants when they have proof via ip address and such that the product was indeed delivered.
