Product Launches- What Employees/Staff??/ Workers do you need?

For product launches, which types of Staff/workers do you need?

(eg, somebody for customer support/refunds)

Which others?


- Especially for those of you who have done launches

Edit- it would be an ebook, digital download, clickbank, and Not a huge launch.

    I've been involved in a few big product launches...

    It all really depends on how big the launch is. For the ones I was involved in, we had 1 full-time person that sorted tickets & handled refunds. Then a few people answering tickets and responding to forum posts full-time.

    It also depends on if you're shipping a physical product. You would probably want to outsource that if that was part of your launch..
