Best way to build list ?

Hello,

I'm still very new to this forum so don't judge me if I post in wrong section.

I still newbie in CPA/clickbank etc.. stuff and everyone is talking about list building so yesterday I build free offer inside pop-up with free offer (eBook) and preparing to put it live in few websites.

Do you think this kind of pop-ups work? What is best way to build list with seo traffic ?

Screenshot of pop-up.

It looks legit, but it really would only convert if your advertising your "Make Money Ebook" (for example) in a make money website. If that makes sense. (It sounded better in my head, ha.)

I would say that you should focus of get a good list and not a big list. I would rather have 1000 people on my list that like me, read my emails and buy stuff from me often. Than I would like very big list with people that really doesnt want to get my emails and were only few read and buy.

yes, that looks like a solid popup to start with. the only thing your missing and its a big one is a title or call to action.

using your current design i would put it above the optin form. it should give users the reason to optin...ie to get your free report.

    nice work.

When building email lists I prefer to offer something free and then allow them to opt in to some sort of newsletter. If what you gave them for free is of any value, then they would probably love to opt in to your email list.

        +1
This is a great way to start off the relationship. Now they will see you as someone who provides value and whom they can trust.

    I have WP.

I use the action Pop-Up plugin to grab peoples attention offering them a free ebook (the pop shows after people is going to leave the page).

I've also forms and banner placed on "hot" positions on my blog (left side bar and within top ranking posts).

I've also created a mail subscription page with the plugin premise and send to it PPC traffic (I buy informational keywords only).

All my email lists are managed by getresponse.

    Hope it helps
    Ciao
