Hi I recently bought a wso well in november, that was going to be ready for christmas. It was a video product, with email series plus a report and a mini. I have not recieved anymore contact from the member who been offline sinse boxxing day now, so I want to try and get my money back, but how do I do it?

I feel I have given the member enough time but, now I have given up waiting.

thanks

    Hi Steve,

There could be a number of reasons for the absence
of this "Warrior". I presume you've made reasonable
    efforts to contact this person?

You might face a problem with PayPal, as they won't
get involved if the product you've purchased is a digital
    one.

    Good luck.

Yes i have sent the member a number of messages, pm an stuff. This member has not been on the forum sinse december th 27th. I paid in november an was told it will be done within 30 days, which made it christmas, and that is what he promised. I have even put in support tickets on the products site. I know I,m not the only member with this problem on the forum. It is alot of money to through away. It was not no 14$ ebook, but quiet alot of money, that I am not willing to loose out on.

I feel I have given a fair ammount of time, and with no contact back, what would you do?

If you're going to approach PayPal about getting your money back for a digital product, I would make sure I documented all the times I tried to reach the seller.

I am in the same situation with the same "Warrior" and WSO. I'll have to keep an eye on this thread to see if he has any luck.

There have been a number of us trying to contact him for several weeks.

There's a button that says file a dispute or file a claim under account details.

you can file a dispute, it does tend to be a bit of an uphill battle with no physical product (hence when you purchase a website you also ask for them to send you a CD with all the content on) Good Luck mate I hope it comes through for you

The best way to get a response out of Paypal, is for several people to file a complaint at the same time. That way, they know that there is a problem. You only have 45 days from the day of purchase to file, unless it has changed in the past year.

You can also get a response out of Paypal if you used a credit card for your purchase. Just ask them, nicely, if it would be better if you handled it thrugh your credit card company. Paypal doesn't want you to do this.

Your credit card company allows 60 days to raise a dispute, and will charge it back to Paypal.

We need some sort of means of exposing these thieves, so that they can't do the same thing to anyone else.

Quick tip - I believe you only have 45 (or maybe it's 60) days from the date of purchase to start a dispute w/Paypal so don't wait too much longer.
