That is a ton of traffic, start building a list and promote games, there are plenty of affiliate programs in this niche.

I'd like to create a product and sell it since its more profitable. If it doesnt work, i will try affiliate.

  Actually that is the backwards way of doing things. There is no point creating your own product unless you know it is going to sell. The best way is to find some affiliate products and test them to see which ones sell best. Once you've found a product that converts well, create your own similar product.

As I said I am using Adsense and Tribalfusion, but looking for a better stream of income. I think creating a product is the best way to go. However I couldn't find a "good" product idea yet. Thats why I am here talking to warriorforum members.

On my best judgement, I am assuming the game is being played by little girl (teenagers as oldest). So, it might not be a good idea to monetize by trying to sell them stuff. The best way would be to sell ads, as someone mention above. Assuming you sell a banner space for $2 for every 1000 impressions, you would make about $2500 (if my math is correct) per month from that SINGLE ad space.

Your visitor base got a lot of potential. If you make the right move, this can become a full time income.

Try to get them ALL on your facebook page or something like that. When you decide to sell your site on flippa you'll get tons more since you got them all on your fb.

that's a ton of traffic. I would advise you to build a list as fast as you can. It should take you a day to set things up, a squeeze page, autoresponder, few follow up emails with affiliate offers and content and finally a free giveaway like a free game or a report. The list you build will pay you for years.

Go to your competitor's sites and see how they monetize. I have a daughter that plays a lot of online games like dressup, and it seems as though the advertising is always geared toward the mom.

With that much traffic, you should offer up your own in house advertising.

i am already making enough money through advertising, much more than full time income. every single big site in my industry using adsense as a main stream of income.

i believe "selling a product of myself" may be the best way to monetize, but i can't find a product idea...

You may wish to make a join venture with a designer, programmer or something. A lot of people would be interested in creating a product for a site with as many visitors as yours. Ask around in the joint ventures forum and either split the profits or name a percentage etc ^^

I don't have any websites geared towards kids but if it were me I would test some free CPA promos like "Win A Free Ipad" or something else that might interest them. I don't remember if the person registering for the free ipad has to be 18 years old or not. I would also add some Amazon product reviews of items that would appeal to their age group.

I am not a parent but I would imagine that if the teenage child finds something online that they want to buy they sometimes get their parents to purchase it for them.

The bottom line is you have a boatload of traffic. Keep test marketing different products and giveaways. I would also sell adspace.

You may also want to checkout TradeKey.com for actual product ideas for their age group to market your own products.

Children don't have credit cards. Companies that advertise to children are not looking for direct sales, they are looking to brand their products, so that the target can beg mommy to buy it BY NAME.

Your best bet is to sell advertising space to the big players (i.e. the toy companies). You have enough traffic to approach the ad agencies that represent the big dogs. The agencies are more than happy to work with sites of your size and pay top dollar. After all, they are getting 15% of everything they spend on their clients behalf.

Trust me, you won't get any better advice than this.

I agree...ad agencies handle a lot of big companies and these companies pay top dollar for ad space. With the number of visitors your site gets, the companies that cater to your target market would fall in line to place ads in your site.

This is "off the top of my head" so may be ridiculous.

Can you get your own dress up game coded? Something the girls can play for free on your site - but with a strong brand identity. Maybe somehow make it so they can design a range of kit for their online mini-me. Then make is so their parents/aunties/grandparents etc can purchase matching merchandise. Usuall stuff - Ts, tops, bags with their very own, custom dressed mini-me on.

Someone here mentioned their daughter had just spent money on kit to pimp her school locker - look into a matching range for that too.
