OK, My request is to understand what the person meant by c classes or different c classes of keyords. This relates to link building.

A typing mistake? As in his finger typed "c" twice. What is the context of that quote?

Webmasters with several websites link them to each other for backlinks. Google can track this by the c class of the website. also if you get all your backlinks from one place like Squidoo then Google will notice this by the c class of the web site.

You can get your websites on separate c class ip addresses. But this costs extra hosting costs.

If you get your backlinks from a variety of different sources this problem takes care of itself.

The IP Address for warrior forum is 174.37.60.234, one way to look at the segments of the address.

    A 174
    B.37
    C.60
    D.234

if the 3rd part (C) of 2 IP addresses differ, the search engines will tend to see them as being different enough to be unrelated, so linking between them, like in a link ring will not raise any suspicion of having the same owner.

Sites on the same hosting account usually have the same IP addresses or only a difference in the D part of the IP.

So "require only 5 High Quality links from different c classes for one of my keywords."

is talking about getting links from 5 seemingly unrelated sites (that is no evidence of the same owner)

"links ... for one of my keywords" is probably talking about the 5 links all having the target keyword for anchor text, yaknow the text that's clicked.
