I like it. It has a nice domain name and looks like has about 1.5k+ fans on its facebook fanpage.

If you can get it for around $500, I'd say its a pretty damn good deal. I wouldn't pay more than $800 for it, personally.

Personally, I wouldn't pay more than $250 for it, MAYBE $500 as my absolute max price, but that's just me.

I wouldn't for a couple reasons. I'm a teenager and the phrase "epic fail" is kind of out. Google trends shows the phrase peaked like a year/two ago and is dropping slowly. The EMD gets a lot of searches, but how would you monetize the site? Google Adwords Tool is only showing $.10 CPC.

  All depends on how you plan to monetize.
  
  And again as per other warriors comments, i think its getting a bit old as well.
  
  My whole theory on IM is that too many people treat it unlike a business. And any good business needs to be sustainable.

I like it an I am way past being a teenager

The 2 reasons I like it are:

1) He says it went viral with 30k views in 4 hours. If this is true and I say if... Then it can be done again. I will wait for the analytics stats for some proof.

2) adsense would not be the way I would be monetizing this. perfect for some cpa or netflix.
