How to prevent doorway page 'image'
I have a site where I am an amazon affiliate.
My main landing page is optimised for 3 big electrical phrases and ranking is going well.
On the main landing page I have had a MIT expert write 1000 word article each on how each product functions, so the main landing page has well over 3000 words. Then I branch into the sub product pages.
On these pages I have introduced a comprehensive buying guide, e.g. What product features are really worthwhile... On these pages I also have youtube video highlighting the various products available via a slideshow format.
I also have a sub page on the site of articles on products.
The one thing I dont do, is review individual products, as the products change so fast and the prices change and I dont want to use the standard amazon banners as they are 'amazon branded' and I think people turn off to this.
So without reviews can I prevent the 'doorway page' image???
