Mortgage Leads

hey all, thanks for reading this.. I am old school marketer and am trying to learn ways to market for mortgage refinance leads.. I will listen to any recommendations and will consider paying for advice and or giving away a piece of the profit

would consider joint venture or any other mutually beneficial arrangement

    I used t be in this game. It was VERY lucrative between 2006 and 2008. Not so much today. Back then, brokers would pay upwards of $200 per lead. Today, I'm pretty sure that they are paying less than five bucks per lead, although I have heard that it is getting better.
