Selling Established Websites?

I have a few websites that I'd like to sell. They are established online MMORPG games that average around 2k a month each in sales. I just don't have the time to code and keep up with them. Where would I go about selling them? And what would be a fair price to sell them for? I would post links here but I don't wanna be accused of advertising.

Any ideas?

    There are places to sell websites. On this forum, there's "complete website for sale" section. You can also sell them on digitalpoint and flippa. For the fair price, if each website really does make $2000 a month, you can sell at least $10,000 each.

    How much your sites make in sales is just one piece of the puzzle to determine the value.

    Other factors:
    - how much work is involved
    - how unique are your sites (could they be copied easily by others)
    - how much profit is left over
    - is any special skill or knowledge required to run the sites.
    - how sustainable are the revenues

    This all means that your sites could be worth way less than $10k or could be worth more.

    It can be copied by others. But the users I have are diehard players and like it cuz its unique in its own way. If that makes any sense. I haven't done any advertising for it and have over 4k users. So if someone wanted to advertise it they could turn a huge profit

    Another thing might be to actually go through and advertise these sites and get the market value up more. So I'm not sure how I would go about advertising games, I know its all about visual appeal. So if something looks good.. people will go to it. Am I correct?
