What PayPal shipping details to enter for WSO?

I've released my first WSO and have made some sales. I used WarriorPlus to handle the sales/delivery process. When I log into my business PayPal account I can the payments and the 'Print shipping label' option.
I want to mark the payments as shipped before withdrawing funds.
I can select either 'Add tracking info' or 'Mark as shipped' and both require a shipment provider entry and tracking ID. I guess I choose 'Other' for carrier.
My question is this: what tracking ID do I enter? Do I enter one of the various Ids contained in the WarriorPlus email? i.e. parent_txn_id, txn_id, receiver_id, item_number or ipn_track_id?
