E-mail Marketing (Large Volume)

I am not sure if this is the right place to start my thread, but I am hoping I can get some feedback on a recent E-mail Marketing campaign that I am launching...

Here is the breakdown & questions:

1. I purchased a large number of opt-in email addresses from several legitimate companies.
2. I have been told that 20-30% of the emails on an opt-in email list will become hard bounces each year because people change their email addresses for lots of reasons.
3. Is there a company out there that I can hire to manage this list; and deploy this list once a quarter, cleansing it after each deployment?

4. Can I manage and deploy this list ourselves? If so, please steer me in the right direction as to software, how to avoid being blacklisted, etc.?

5. I am knowledge of Gammadyne and Atomic mailer but both have major glitches and issues with deploying such high volume e-mails.

6. I also have some idea on how to set up "servers" and that some Email Service Providers (ESP) block a certain amount of volume emails from a certain IP address daily. If you have any additional information on this, that would be great.

I really look forward to any feedback on this topic.
Thanks.

There are legit ways to buy email lists and not so legit ways. How legit is your way?

Buying a business that includes the database of contacts is a legitimate way to acquire an email list.

Buying a massive list that has been sold over and over again to who knows how many people is not so legitimate.

I am guessing by the size of the email list that the later best describes your situation, unless of course you bought AT&T.

    Back to your question...

There are companies in China that specialize in sending out spam to massive spam lists. Google China Bulk Mail and you will find them.

Ya, I said spam. If the shoe fits...

a list of 60 million is almost certainly not legit. and its 100% certain to cause trouble including spam complaints and very likely getting your hosting / domain name providers involved to shut you down.

proceed with caution my friend. good luck.

Hi Dave... No these optin emails were not purchased from this site. I purchased a large # of opt-in email addresses from several legitimate companies whose clients are Fortune 500.
