Make sure your bio sells you too. You will also need to get testimonials from your first clients once you start selling your services.

Don't try out several niches, focus on one.

Create a squeeze page, get people to your list and ask them their problems.

Then decide whether your service is a good fit or you need some other product to solve their problems.

Now create a product or service and blast to your list, it will sell.

Do this same process every month to figure out what your list wants and sell it to them.

Regarding traffic use seo, article marketing, forum posting, email solo ads, ad swaps once you have build your list and try out media buying...

If you really want to launch a service successfully, try offering a tremendous "first time customer" offer. Make it irresistible so even prospects on the fence will opt to try you out. Its so competitive, that's what it takes today.

I think that you hit on a good idea. I attend a lot of webinars hit up a few forums, and one thing remains constant. Usually the presenter/ product owner will have some kind of 'Done For You', offer along with their regular offer as well.

Why? Because they will usually receive takers. This is because there is definitely a need. I say do a little research to see what services or website setups that people are asking for and selling the most. Then create some sample sites that people can go to look at.

Then like others have said, put an add in the Warrior's for Hire, and other classified areas as well. Since you have done your research, and you have built up some sample sites; Let people know that you will be giving the first few people a free website, in exchange for thier Honest Review.

They can check out the samples sites. This will show them that you are the Real Deal.
