What is the TOP Affiliate Site for VENDORS? ClickBank seems SO Expensive?

Although Clikcbank is highly rated for affiliates, is there a better Affiliate Program available for the Vendor selling the product? I would be looking for all the bells and whistles that Clickbank offers (affiliate reporting, payment processing, returns, etc) thanks!

Yes, ClickBank is very expensive, at 7.5% + $1 per transaction.

Nobody's going to pay that without wanting the "affiliate facilities".

What you're really paying for, of course, is the facility to attract affiliates because the affiliates aren't dependent on the vendor for payment. This is what it's really all about.

So, you can use e-Junkie for a fraction of the ClickBank price. You can use PayDotCom for less than the ClickBank price. There's a huge number of different ways you can do it, in fact ... but be clear that with some (including ClickBank, PaySpree and DigiResults), the "affiliate attraction service" you're buying is a different one, because the affiliates know they're going to get paid promptly and don't have to worry about the security of the income arising from the work they've done. And that means you can potentially attract professional affiliates, who treat their businesses like businesses, and you can do that even without being a well-known and trusted vendor with a long and successful track-record.

I'd go for eJunkie. I wasn't thrilled with Paydot.com because you have to pay the affiliates 'yourself'. I'd rather Clickbank or eJunkie just take it out of my fees so affiliates get paid automatically and regularly.

    Hope this helps a bit.

All of these are alternatives to Clickbank that pay affiliates instantly via PayPal (you do nothing when it comes to paying affiliates). There's a transaction fee, but it's less than Clickbank:

PaySpree.com - The Instant Commission Affiliate Marketing Network
DigiResults — Work Less, Sell More
    Simple One Click

All of these sites have built-in marketplaces where affiliates browse through looking for products to promote.

They have reporting features, but you are responsible for issuing refunds.

    Mark,

You forgot to mention Mike's thing, WSO Pro allows some good affiliate stuff.

There's also the option of doing a google search for "my product" + affiliate.

A lot of affiliate programs out there for digital and real world goods if you just look around.

I looked at two clickbank products I wanted to promote this week, contacted the owners asking about creatives and other promotional stuff.

The products looked like something a first time WSO seller would be lucky to get $5 for.
