How much is my 362k Realtor email list worth?

I'm looking for some valuation tips from fellow Warriors.

I originally had a list of some 493k Realtors and have sinced culled it down to 362k through the removal of bad addresses, hard bounces and subscription removal requests. (Recently did 1.54 million email mailing so this list is clean as of 10 days ago.)

These are currently *active* Realtors across the US (with the exception of several states such as Colorado, New Mexico and Hawaii).

Any idea what price I can get for *renting/selling* the email list?

Where should I offer it?

Thanks!

You should be able to get price information directly from these list buyers:

There isn't likely to be a set price. This is one of those things that advertisers love to negotiate.

My best advice would be to look for a good list broker in the real estate arena. Let them get you the best rates possible for a commission.

Why don't you market products, crms ect... and other products related to being a realtor?

I think it depends on the type of product or service some is offering. A course on QR codes and how to leverage them as a realtor would be pretty valuable. (QR Codes + Realtors = decent offer) The of course an up sell for the list renter or product creator to do QR codes for the list is additional money earned.

I wouldn't just think in terms of who can I rent my list to for a fixed fee, but I'd be looking for a sound, experienced, and trustworthy product vendor to offer a joint venture with.
