Others will probably disagree with me, but I would recommend NOT going with a theme specifically created for Amazon review sites.

I began building a few Amazon review sites several years ago (just one segment of my business). I have a handful of regular WP themes I've always liked, and I used a couple of these for the Amazon sites. After steady promotion, they all did well.

Then I was swayed to buy one of the popular themes specifically designed for Amazon reviews and one by one I switched my sites over. It involved some work because a lot of integral graphics needed to be created.

It was a disaster. My sales plummeted and the sites dropped in the rankings.

After three of four months, I reverted back to the original themes and (thankfully), order was eventually restored.

I honestly believe that because so many people are using these Amazon review site themes a) they are creating a huge footprint, and b) they are too easily recognizable as affiliate websites and people click away from them immediately.

You don't have to be a genius to make any WP theme work for reviews and you immediately stand out from the crowd.

Yes, I don't use a theme made for Amazon product reviews I think you end up looking too "samey" if nothing else.

As your site doesn't have reviews, just product descriptions, are you still getting good search engine rankings for the product pages or are you driving most of your traffic from elsewhere?

Also have you ever used different applications to produce sites with such rapid weaver or xsitepro or prefer the word press route. Trying to decide which one to go with ...

  If you do enough research, you'll start to see what sites rank high in google, for your search terms. I'd recommend looking up high competition items.
  
  The top dog's sites will be tuned to convert well on amazon... just use these as examples.
  
  Also agree, I never use templates... but will do my own take on them... I've seen a lot of similar amazon sites using the same templates... not my bag.

I think you will need to do some testing to find which style of site works for you. Some say that "review" style themes dont work while others swear by them...

I personally have some of each type and have found that there really is no "rule" as to which does better than the other on some type of measurable average...maybe I've just been lucky.

You have 20 sites, so many sites, the content of each site you how to generate it? Do You copy from amazon on it? Rewrite the contents on amazon or what? Or outsourcing? Each site with only 2-3 hours to complete, really not to think.!!!:confused:

There are different ways of looking at things. I like this board because people help eachother. When helping eachother you sometimes have to show some of your cards. I don't mind that myself. I have a lot of eggs in a lot of different baskets
