Getting back in the game

It's been quite some time since I posted here. I know I will not be disappointed checking back here.
Anyways, I've been away from Internet Marketing for a good year now(focused on providing website solutions) and I'm looking to get back in the game from the start. I have intermediate knowledge and skills but I can't drive traffic. That was my Achilles heel back when I was an IMer and I'm looking for recommendations from warriors.
I have the basics (WebHosting and AutoResponder account plus budget for a domain). I know how to make and modify blogs, websites, minisites, graphics.
The question is what do you think I should tackle? Creating my own product or do Affiliate Marketing or maybe CPA? Also what do you think is the best way to drive quality traffic?
