Marketing URL redirects

I own about 10 urls that are permenant redirects to my site. The are basically misspelled key word urls. Does anyone know if I should market these urls? will it hurt my google rankings? If i should market these urls how? back link building?

    I still don't understand why you want to spend time and money marketing redirect URLs, instead of the site URL.

      cos some ppl don't have access to tracking software, and merchants only provide it on their website.
