Where can I find a serious freelance telemarketer?

Hi Guys,
I am looking for a serious telemarketer that can work from home as a freelance
How can I find a serious telemarketer WITHOUT the involvement of 3ed party companies such as odesk, elance etc?

    Maybe try craigslist.

    Or start leaving your telephone number when filling out forms and when you start getting bombarded with telemarketers ask them if they'll work for you bugging other people.

      Thanks Pbdollars, but I need someone with a native American accent, someone with a Philippine accent won't help me much

    How about placing an ad on craigslist?

    You are aware there are laws regarding telemarketing. For example in Florida you need a license. Not only that, even if you are out of state but plan to call people in FL you still need to get the license. There are some exemptions, but basically if you are closing a sale over the phone then a license is needed. Failure to get can result in 3rd class felony charges. So do your homework.

      Yes, I am aware of the FL telemarketing laws but I think that they apply only to Florida based telemarketers or Florida based telemarketing companies.
      I dont think that a licence is required if both the telemarketer and/or the guy who hire him is outside of the USA.

        I remembered the law incorrectly. It is only for those based in FL.

        I checked the laws here a little while back because I want to test some telemarketing, but what I will be doing is exempted because the sale can't be completed over the phone. More of an appointment setting type thing.

        I don't know what the stats are anymore, but years ago telemarketing was the most cost effective form of marketing.
