Best Way of making $1000 per month

I am looking to make $1000 per month. I know people are making a lot more than this but this is all I really need. Just wondering what advice you would give if you have reached this amount already.

Really like to find out how people do this as this is something that I have been wondering a long time. Now I am ready to take this into action and start working for myself.

No it's not, by a LONG SHOT. 95% of people will get their big surprise "trying" Clickbank and Adwords.

I am not saying it doesn't work - but it needs a lot of testing, keyword research etc...and you deal with the known aversion Google has with MOST things sold on clickbank. Chances are way, way higher you will blast a lot of money on PPC and end up with nothing, especially if you are a PPC newbie.

What has worked for me personally to make my first $1,000 a month was (and still is) affiliate marketing (especially with Clickbank products), and using article marketing as a way to generate traffic.

Although it is possible to make money without one, I highly recommend you create a website to promote products... and definitely build a list.

If you're not familiar with creating websites, you could always start off with a free blogging network such as Blogger. After you make some income, and gain some experience, build an informative blog or website using Wordpress or paid hosting.

Besides the above, there are many other things you can do to make a thousand bucks online. Just search around, and especially around on this forum.

How can you POSSIBLY give this TERRIBLE advice, and then state in your signature " How to Make Money With Pay Per Click Advertising for FREE. I Made $2676.58 Already! [PROOF INSIDE]" ???

I mean, if you're a PPC expert, you KNOW that it's utterly impossible for any newbie (the OP is certainly a newbie considering his question) to turn any Clickbank affiliate campaign profitable by using PPC advertisement.

Absolutely, but i find it risky. You really need to find a good product with no competition.

It despends on two things really,

    1. How much you have to invest
    2. How quickly you want to reach a $1k a month target
Flippa is a good suggestion if you have the money to invest. Sites for sale there that genuinely make a reliable $1k a month are not cheap. The cheap ones will need work to get going.

Paying for PPC advertising is a good way, but again it needs a few $ to get going and a fair bit of time to research so you dont 'back a lemon' of a clickbank product.

My advice is get a load of PLR from this forum and re-spin it to sell on kindle.. you may only make $5 a month from a sale of a book, but put up 200 books and thats your $1k. As many on here will state... scale up what works.

A lot of people keep asking what's the best way to make money on the Internet? Everybody seems to be on the look for the best and easiest solution out there. These days nobody wants to work for anything. Just hand it over to me now. Well, the answer to that question is going to disappoint a lot of individuals. But somebody has to tell you the gospel truth. Keeping reading this money making tips to find out more.

There IS nothing like best way to make money on the internet.

Now that you know, you can cease reading this money making tips and go off sulking or you can read what I have to share with you. It just might change the way you think about generating income on the internet.

I want you to do me a favor now. I want you to write down a list of 10 different products that you can think of at the moment. It doesn't matter what they are as long as they are something that you have to offer cash for. Try to diversify and stay away from perishable items like food. When you are done reading this money making tips, visit any of the major search engines and look up the following phrase:

"looking to buy ..... or something similar"

And then fill in the blank with the product you have select. Then carefully take a look at the number of sites there are selling that particular item. I can almost guarantee you that for each product you go for, regardless of what it is there are going to be TONS of sites out there selling similar product or the same brand of it.

I'm trying to make a point that I hope by now you've gotten where am heading. The world revolves around commerce and that is the basic truth. Think about the number of items you have acquired in YOUR lifetime that you didn't have to pay for and then think about how many of those items are now available on the internet. Fact is, I can̢۪t recall the last time I visited a store to purchase something other than food.

If i want to buy a new CD by Snow Patrol? No problem, I just head over to Amazon and order it and within 24rhrs I can have it at my doorstep.
Searching for a headset to use with your Skype? No problem, i just visit Plantronics online and pick up a set of my choice.

And the best thing for me is whenever I need information, I don't have to wait for it to be delivered to my home. With electronic books popularly known as e-books, I can purchase what I want, download it instantly over the internet and read it within minutes of purchase.

Same applies to services. I need an auto-responder to automatically follow up with my prospect online? No problem, head on over to Getresponse. I can be up and running in just a few minutes.

What if am in need of a copywriter for a sales page? Again, i don't have an issue with that. I visit Elance and hire one and have a sales page written in snap.

Now let's look at all this from the perspective of the client but on the other end there is the provider of the product or service.

My point is this if there is a demand for something and people are ready to spend their money on it, then it is a viable way to make money on the internet and no one way is better than another.

In other words, you can sell items, offer a service or do whatever you want as long as there is somebody on the other end with an open wallet ready to spend money a particular product.

So instead of searching or asking what the best way to make money online is, ask what the best way is for YOU to earn income. You will have to look at your skills as well as interests. It's a lot easier to sell something you are passionate about than to sell something that you don't care about.

Thanks to all who have replied to my thread. I have been reading all your posts and has given me many ideas. However the one thing that I am struggling with is getting a website fully set up on the internet.

How can I promote click bank products without setting up a website?

I understand how PPC works but If i put products on a PPC campaign and there is more click ratio then purchases, won't I be loosing out on money?

This is really important to me as I am looking to set out what I have in mind. Another thing is I am always willing to go the extra mile, as I am wanting to use my skills and provide companies with my services.

I believe that you have to work to earn money and that is exactly wanting to do.

Either hire someone who sets up a website for you or to teach you how it is done. You could head over to fiverr and find someone who does this for only $5.

Alterntively you could go to youtube and search for "how to set up a website". This will give you a ton of results fromw hich to learn.

You BET there is, a typical CB conversion can be anywhere from 1:50 to 1:80...in other words 80 clicks --> one sale.

A great way to get started for a very low amount of money is selling physical products as an affiliate - as the poster above me mentioned there are always people looking to buy things online. This is really a lot easier than you think and you can get started for next to nothing.

Offering a service also works great - if you are a good writer or learn a bit about building backlinks etc... there is always a way to get some cash.

Basically start small and work your way up - i WOULD NOT recommend PPC and Clickbank or any other affiliate offer to a person new to all of this, you'll just blow some cash.

It takes time and a willingness to learn and experiment if you want to have any hope of making a consistent $1000 a month.

I would set goals... first of $100/mth, then go up from there. PPC advertise whatever product you choose. And it may cost you $1000/mth to run your business, for example, but your may earn $2000/mth profit.

I would recommend building a niche blog using affiliate marketing (selling other people's products and earning a commission for every sale made). First, it's a time-tested method that has worked since the inception of the internet. It's not going anywhere. Second, the income is residual - work once and continue to make money. Third, you are able to work around your schedule. Fourth, you are able to generate multiple streams of income from one site.

This time of year -- with the holidays coming up -- is a great time to have a niche site because there are tons of opportunities to make lots of money. All you need is the proper training on how get everything up and running. For this, I recommend Unstoppable Affiliate by Andrew Hansen and Josh Stanton. It's an training program designed with the beginner marketer in mind and uses a realistic approach to generating real money online--without all the usual nonsense. There's also a coaching program you can choose to take part in -- really quality stuff.

    Good luck,
    Joey

I think the fastest would be offering services, but then you're trading time for dollars.

I would think you're asking about the fastest way to where you're not trading time for dollars. This was my aim because I have a job (which is ending in November) and am already trade time for dollars.

I started with affiliate marketing immediately and still love it. It's still my focus. It takes a little effort to see some dollars, but it works and you learn a ton about making money online. Getting to $1,000 / month is achievable and can be done in a short time if you focus, use a proven system, and go at it with laser intensity.

As you start earning, you'll have funds to reinvest into traffic and/or outsourcing if you choose to scale up this way.

Why affiliate marketing? Because you gain immediate access to products to sell and that are proven to sell (especially brand name physical products). You can practice getting traffic, copywriting, etc. Once you become expert at affiliate marketing, you can stay the course or expand into other monetization models.

I may be old fashioned but I still am a believer that the easiest way for a person to make money online is ebay!

I know, I know. Hear me out first.

I've been doing this a long time and I've helped some people along the way. But what I've learned over the years is that with the promotion of any product or service there is one thing that is required for you to reach your $1000 goal. That one thing is a buyer. Name me one place online that people go to buy stuff more than ebay. There aren't many that even come close.

If you start with this in mind then you can use it to understand the other places online that you can go to make money.

Hands down, ebay is the best way to your $1000.

But I must say don't get stuck there just selling physical products. Expand to the digital .

    Do Freelancing.

Skip over all the quick money things. Don't do PPC (honestly, you're going to lose a ton of money if you're just getting started). Don't bother flipping websites and blah blah blah.

Do something you already have a skill in.

Accountant? Setup a small site for accounting in your area.
Web Developer? Setup a small site for web development in your area.

    Repeat, repeat, repeat.

Freelancing teaches you so much more about business than some 'out of the box' system, honestly.

Not only would you be working with real people providing a real service but you're going to start learning more about yourself, what you have to offer and the sales process vs. sitting behind a computer screen reading numbers.

This is just my opinion and I know it's not everything you're looking for but it's infinitely rewarding to be able to interact with a customer instead of just making sales.

This has to be one of the most misleading threads in a long while.

If the OP is new to internet marketing s/he has a lot to learn.

You CAN'T make money using MOST of the methods in this thread until you have learnt how to make a website, how to do keyword research and how to do seo (search engine optimisation).

Not one of the people above suddenly started earning $1k a month using the methods they recommend when they first started out. It isn't going to happen.

PPC is, as I say to my clients, a very good way of losing a lot of money very quickly unless you know what you are doing. The OP doesn't - yet.

Clickbank sales just won't happen unless you know a lot about keyword research, seo and link building. Even then you have to be able to pick out the few decent products from the endless **** on there.

Selling spun, **** PLR on Kindle is a non starter as Amazon have, I believe, been removing these **** products. Amazon Kindle is for selling real, personally written books not for selling rewritten ****.

An Ebay shop could work, but you need to be able to source a product at a price that matches those obtained by existing sellers. You'd need to learn about drop-shipping and/or finding reliable wholesalers overseas. Again, not easy for a newbie who doesn't know the wood from the trees.

Offering services isn't really a good way to start if you know nothing about using the internet or article writing. What services can you offer if you know nothing? (That wasn't meant disrespectfully to the OP - but s/he has no online IM experience, yet)

The OP says he wants to offer his existing skills to clients. I would suggest that s/he needs to use existing contacts to get started. Design a simple website and start from there by promoting yourself locally and to existing clients. It will grow.

Meanwhile, you can start experimenting with some of the other suggestions on here. Get yourself hosting and a domain name and take it from there - one step at a time.

Read around this forum - but make sure you are in control.

Don't lose your critical faculties. Just because method A works for someone and they sell a wso about it doesn't mean it will work for you UNLESS you do your own background research.

A few weeks ago someone posted saying they had followed a wso to the letter and lost money. It was something to do with selling a CB product using local flyers. They hadn't researched their local market nor had they researched the product (and its claims) that they were trying to sell.

NEVER let someone else run your business or tell you what to do/sell or how to run your business. It's your business and only you know your market, your clients, your skills and your interests.

Oddly enough...I completely agree with this post.

It's real. And, truthful for ANY successful guy/gal

I know it's not what many want to hear...but it's
the truth. Hell, I didn't like it when I heard it the
first time...but the truth gave me the strength to
      learn the basics:

      Learn How To Copywrite

Learn How To Do Thorough Research (Keywords,
      Product, Risk/Reward, etc.)

      Learn How To SELL.

      Learn How to MARKET.

It took time learning those skills and it was tough,

I agree with most of what Carol is saying but I disagree with a couple of things here.

The majority of things that Carol was talking about does take longer learning curves and some trial and error. I've made money with PPC, Clickbank products, ebay and offering services. I've made money quickly in those areas as well when I was a newbie. The big determining factor I believe was my desire to make money which in turn allowed me to focus on a particular area and get results quickly.

I am going to go back to what I was saying before about ebay. In less than a day you can get enough of the basics down to start a profitable business/job (I put job in there because you can create a job from it if you don't have a plan). You don't want to deal with wholesale lists and all that junk because with that it requires a tight financial structure to make it work and support yourself in my opinion.

The fact is in order to start from scratch and to make $1000 per month you will need to sell used items. I'm not talking about antiques, I'm talking about regular used items that are staples in our lives. Coffee machines, calculators, small appliances, used audio equipment, etc. You want to start with things like these because you can get these things for free or cheap and people are always looking for this type of equipment in a good OR bad economy.

I am not telling you what I THINK, I am telling you what I KNOW. I sell a handful of items a week, spend at most 20 hours a week and NET about $700. I could make a lot more but I am lazy in this area because I have been doing it so long.

Also let me point out that plenty of people are doing it as well. I know this also because where I pick up my stuff to sell over time you meet others that are doing it just like there are some people making money on the warrior forum.

Check me by doing a completed search on ebay for ti-83 plus calculator and seeing what they sell for. In a retail store they are maybe $80 on ebay they are varying amounts but lets say $30, I pick them up for $5-$10 at most. These are quick ship and low hassle. This is just one of many item that I deal with on a regular basis. They sell really quickly on Amazon as well and for a better price.

Sorry for the long response but I can't sit back and let people be led to believe that it takes a lot of time or work to make money online. It's a mental game and I'm routing for you and everybody else to focus and make it happen starting today.

Selling services is the same thing but I'll need to write a book on this one.

      I love you all.

to make money online you have to follow one very important rule: stick to one thing at a time.

If you decide to go for CPA products, do not make a site at the same time and spend your time on how to optimize this site, get traffic, etc. (although getting traffic is what you will always find in front of you).

"Focus" is my advice and -if not the first couple of months- after a while you'll be able to make much more than $1000

One more thing: Do not spend your money to training products, before you need them. If you decide to focus on clickbank products, buy only services and products that will help you achieve your goal. A hosting provider, a domain name registrar, and probably some kind of advertising services might be important for you. Spend your money to get these services and not to learn how many affiliate marketing strategies connected to CB are there....

Now my opinion on the best way to make money online is through product creating. It will take more money, but it worths and it will give you to use your own affiliates, and therefore make a really good income. If you see most of the posts above (and the signatures of those posting -including me) you will see that they are all promoting some kind of product.

        In some simple steps:
Go to fiverr or elance -> provide some gigs on things you can do (I think that article marketing is a good start for all newcomers) -> create quality products and sell them -> start creating your own product (which could be related to the work you are doing in fiverr or elance, an ebook on article writing, article marketing, internet marketing, etc.) -> once you have your product ready sell it as a WSO -> keep it this way and you'll start making a good amount of cash, although not in your first month in IM

        wish this was helpful

I believe that building niche sites and getting them to earn through adsense, then flipping them is a very easy way to make your way up to $1000 per month.

You can also hold onto adsense earning sites for monthly passive income.

Another easy way to make $1000 per month is to offer a service. You can easily make $1000 per month selling your services on the WF. Yes you will have to do some work to earn it but if your service is successful you are set up for a long time.

I would advise you to get info on building a list. All you really need is a squeeze page and an autoresponder service. To get them to sign up you could find a PLR e book related to the niche as your freebie in return for their email. Then you can market to the list over and over by giving your subscribers some good content mixed in with some related promotions...works very well.

Really like to find out how people do this as this is something that I have been wondering a long time. Now I am ready to take this into action and start working for myself.
Ad sense sites are the best but finding a good niche without much competition becomes a hard nut to crack. But once you have a good niche, good keywords and unique articles targeting the keywords, its possible to clock $1000 monthly.

I'll also add that building a list and putting up adsense sites isn't going to get you anywhere, either, until you learn how to drive traffic to your site.

A site with no visitors earns nothing.

Ok - perhaps I'd better answer the OP.

The "best way to earn $1000 a month" is the way that most interests you. The way that fits with your skills. The skills you have to learn. What interests you and what doesn't is something you learn as you go.

There are many, many ways to earn online. Read this forum - there are dozens of different ways to do it. Create a product, adsense, CPA, list building, affiliate marketing, ebay, amazon shop, fiverr, blogging, article writing, website design, being a VA (virtual assistant) ................

Just start somewhere and see what interests you. What motivates you. What you understand.

You can make money by selling affiliate products but if you don’t know how to find the right niche, the right products, and the right audience you will waste your time and money and become frustrated in the end.

You should read many posts in this forum and learn internet marketing.

Create Squidoo lenses for free and make money by creating many lenses while you’ll also learn how to market your products and promote your links.

Create Hub pages too, and make more money with them, while learning at the same time.

In order to make $1000 per month you have to have many income streams. Sometimes you'll make money by selling your products, but selling is something instable. You may sell many products one month but stop selling the next month for various reasons. This is why it’s a good idea to have many different income streams.

Offering your services as a freelance writer is also a good idea if you are a good article writer.

It’s very hard to regularly make money online if you are not well-organized and if you don’t have passive income streams to help you out when you have no sales.

Squidoo lenses and Hub pages will help you create a passive income with time. You won’t make a lot of money with them, unless you create many quality lenses and hubs. Quality and quantity are necessary – the same applies to practically everything online.

Don’t do anything before having a clear business plan in mind. Make money for free and learn how to market your products online before spending your time, money and effort creating your own online business.

      Try this:

      1. Sign up with a webhost - there are a few you will no doubt come across in this forum that shouldn't cost you more than 10-$15 for the first month.

      2. Use their control panel to help you setup a Wordpress Blog - that will be no cost.

      3. Use a simple, free template that spices up the look of your blog and helps organize your content in a way that is both clean and appealing to the reader as well as well organized for the search engines

      4. Decide if you will start as an affiliate for physical products (like those on Amazon) or information products (Clickbank, E-Junkie, etc...) and study which ones are most popular, have a good reputation, have a decent price point and commission (perhaps even recurring in the case of infoproducts or services).

5 When you have your list of 3-5 product candidates, learn the basics about keyword research (finding demand, uncovering BUYER keywords and then assessing competition to pick the one that you have the best chance of success with)

      6. Begin to blog content that is directly relevant to your audience and is organized around both useful content targeting the keywords you uncovered in #5.

      7. Do some aggressive marketing - lots of content, some backlinks and then decide will you move on to another or will you turn this into a larger content site in which case you continue to work on that one site.

All of this will begin to pay off in 3-6 weeks typically (initial sales) and will really get rolling 2-3 months out as your sites and content get ranked bringing in more traffic.

Finally - I would highly suggest your ultimate goal is to either a) Work toward higher commissions if you want to stick with affiliate marketing or b) Ideall, create your own products where you can leverage your time for future, ongoing and increasing profits.

      Jeff
