Hi!
When we want the images from our website to be in first places in Google, what are the tools and mechanisms to optimize the images for search engines. Does the images also need some backlinks?

    When you are doing the alt attribute:
    <img src="image.gif" alt="WarriorForum" />

    What the two comments above were talking about is a keyword.

    Because alt attributes are just another way of doing keyword placement
    on your blog or site.

    One thing to keep in mind is that you if you are using WP, then you can easily
    add an image and then go into the media library to type in the alt attribute.

  • I know about alt tags, but surely the competitors also know about this and have optimized their images. Are not there any other techniques?
