Tried 2 years and no results, need new start (not English market)

Hi warriors,
I've asked one question several months ago, and thanks those people who encouraged me,

Recently I really need to change my path,
and found many good info on warrior forum, so I spent some hours reading threads, but still think it would be good to ask...

I live in Taiwan, local, almost 30 years old now male,
below is some description about me and really awkward situation I am in

dropped out of graduate school, spent several months at parents' home and passed a test to become a worker of a government-related corporation, stayed there 2 years and resigned,

I've studied some things from GKIC, Npod, etc., thought I could derive the principles and apply them, (yes it was not wise to quit the job that time since i didn't have enough income to replace)

I set my goal to devote 2 years then I'll try to find a job if no progress,
the dead end is this year 12/31

I built my site with wordpress, bought a domain from godaddy, host it in (bluehost now), result is just about 100 local free subscribers, made about 200 US dollars total....(it should be New Taiwan dollars but i change to USD so it is easier for you to know)

Now I live in parents home, found there are more cost than I expected, and my money is really short now and tried to find jobs/part time jobs, found no one interested in the internet marketing skills I learned

Big questions for me I found..
1) affiliate marketing almost doesn't fit me because almost no info products of the language (chinese traditional), so i wanted to start by info products

2) I am short in money, so could not outsource people to create contents etc., to make info products myself takes lots of time

3) I seem to have no advantage in IM, people here prefer to just buy people to make a website for them (like the outsource), and they would not consider a one-person like me (I don't have set any legal office, so I am not even considered SOHO here)

4) about joining a group? few people think the same as me, most prefer new platform type site, new marketplace website, new trends like app/cloud calculation, and people they look for are most programmers/designers, not one self-claimed internet marketer

5) some people I found in google search results, internet marketing, I somehow feel they do hype and feel sick to do more research about their website, tho I should do more market research..

so I think I should not go into internet marketing (not the your millionaire mentor 2011 by Michael Cheney said, start with IM niche)

I am thinking to start a new site, maybe use nano continuity model by Ryan Lee, from a different niche,

the niche I want to try is... self improvement

but I really feel the failure I had and since I still have not made good results, it would make me dumber to start self improvement site, and even try to monetize (like a paid membership site)..

what would you suggest me?

several more things..
1. need to suit some laws to do China business, and it is impossible for me now, I am one person now and I just want to go for local taiwan audience
2. I tried to offer services like setting wordpress site, but found no response (no credits, no office, not programmer/designer)
