New Website/Blog For Promoting CPA Offer

Hey warriors,

I am a newbie to the CPA scene and have created a blog in order to promote a dating offer. Would really appreciate it if I could have some feedback on it and some constructive criticism as I am sure it could be a lot better but I suppose the main thing is the content right?

    had a quick look at your site
    1) your site looks clean and simple.
    2) also the grey shade u r using makes it look a bit dull, just my opinion
    3) when clicking on the post title its giving 404 error message
    4) you could use pictures and call to action for each post
    5) you could run some dating offer banners on the sidebar

      Hi Craig, I'm from wind battered Glasgow too, well just outside actually. I think you need some images, the site looks a bit "wordy". Unfortunately, surfers have very short attention spans so you might also want to look at splitting up your post content a little more too. Great idea though, CPA is perfect for the dating niche.

    That's very useful. Thank you! I never noticed the effect of the grey until you mentioned it so thanks for that pointer.

    I think it points to 404 because the posts are only located on the home page and dont link to any other. Should I change that maybe?

    I may look into the banners also. Either that or adsense!

    Wind battered indeed haha. Just wait for tomorrow if the reports are anything to go by! Ok I will see how I could split up the wording and content and make it a bit less monotonous. I'm guessing you are from Milngavie!! Hopefully I can turn it into a nice little earner!

    hey craig, yes each post needs to be on a separate page(so that you can target different keywords to get ranked organically in the search engines) and on your home page you can have some excerpt from each post.

    Definitely agree with the pictures. I would say that you might want to create a more interactive header. If nothing else go onto fiverr, so you can have a banner that gets people interested in your offer.

    Personally, I do not like the color scheme, but since I am not in your target market (married) I am not sure if that will matter as much.

    The final item would be to clean out your sidebar. Put up wp-bannerize, an opt-in, and some social buttons.

    I like the content on your, and would maybe even add a resources page where people can find additional dating affiliate links and resources.

    Thanks Andy that's very helpful. That's a good idea for Fiverr I think I will look into that. I have already got a job ordered on Fiverr for some SEO as it's worth outsourcung some of it for so little!

    Hi guys,

    Just a quick update. I had left this site again until last week as I had other things that were more pressing to concentrate on. However I have changed the site layout and done a bit of SEO for the site. According to Alexa there are a good number of links to the site now (over 400) so I wonder how long it will take for these to make a difference to the traffic as it is still at a very small level. Thanks
