I got into those when I first started online. They are a waste of time. To make money online, targeted traffic equals sales. You need to give that up and start a niche blog or PLR site, or start ghostwriting for some fast cash.

    Good luck,

Thanks for the advice. With the niche blogging is clickbank the best place to find related products to promote or is there a better site for that? And would you just take plr articles and rewrite them for the content? I think i would have a hard time with keeping new content coming to the blog until my writing skills improved. And also are there any free resources you could recommend that would teach niche blogging from begginning to end? Sorry for all the questions

Yeah get a niche site going and do some SEO for it. This is the best you can do with no budget. I am also in the same boat and trying to make money out of nothing. Its hard but keep it up and in time you will see results

I definitely agree with Miguelito203, traffic exchanges are a waste of time. Try invest your time to get some education about getting traffic, there are plenty of free wso's which will teach you how to start. And personaly I would recommend Vivek Narayan's Complete Traffic Domination, it is really great and cheap wso for newbies.

does the wso go over selecting a proper blog theme and setup of the themes for optimization, types of content or the style of content you should have included? i guess that would be the starting point for right now and i can setup a blog easily enough but setting it up properly for a niche and for purposes of making money i don't know how to do properly
