Clickbank Hops suddenly stop

INTERNET MARKETING

within the last couple days I had two sites go down with some kind of junk in the .htaccess file, the sites are back up but now it seems that all Clickban Hops have stopped from all sources as far as I can tell, I have more than just these two sites but there seems to be no Hops from anywhere. Anyone experience this? Dont know if Ive been hacked or what

I have the exact same problem since the 8th - my hops just stopped showing. I never changed anything.

I even had a sale registered 2 days ago but it doesn't show up in the analytics. I am aware there's a delay on the clickbank statistics, but it says it updated to a view hours ago and it's still not showing any hops from the past 3 days nor the sale made 2 days ago.

How can you "don't know" whether you have been hacked?

If you go on your own site and order via your hop-link..you can always see the affiliate ID at the bottom of the clickbank payment page etc...i man you should be able to see whether your links are still intact - it's YOUR site?

  It may just be a reporting problem.
  
  I just tested a few hop links and they correct set the affilite id on order form.
  
  All of my clickbank accounts are reporting no affiliate links since 9/8 but I have been getting affiliate sales.

I got a response from CB support about affiliate hops not tracking and whether I should create a new account. Here it is WF

Thank you for your inquiry. You may promote as many products and niches as you
wish. Currently ClickBank is experiencing some display issues with the Analytic
page for 9-9-11 through 9-12-11. ClickBank does not track or keep a list of the
HopLinks you have created. You do not need to list the HopLinks you are using or
the products you are promoting in your ClickBank account. If you would like to
keep a list personally, you are welcome to, but there is no place for such a list
in your ClickBank account.

Although ClickBank does not track what companies you have created HopLinks for,
we do keep track of those vendors whose products you've successfully promoted.
You can see a list of vendor Nicknames of any of your HopLinks that have been
clicked in the last 14 days by checking the Analytics section of your account.
Also, in addition to the Analytics page, you can view the vendors from which you
have successfully earned sales on the Transactions page in your
account.

  I've had the same damn problem for the last 3 days. It's ridiculous. I checked all my pages and they are still getting traffic and people are clicking those links. At first I thought that the products I'm promoting might have gotten cut out of the marketplace because of the new vendor policy, but they are still there.
  
  Uhg, this is the downside of this job - the stupid little internet stuff that I get sick of, haha.

  Don't worry too much folks, this happens at ClickBank from time to time. I think it's affecting everyone at the moment.

Yes, I'm not a big CB affiliate, but I usually get some hops (and even an occasional sale, lol) -but nothing whatsoever for the last few days.

Yeah, it definitely died on the 9th (Reporting analytics)

I'm sure they will have it up and running soon enough.

Hopefully whatever caused it to go down won't cause any tracking issues or sales issues.

  If you go to the right and click on country or by Tracking Id, it will show your Hoplinks clicked in the chart. The Graph want change but you can at least see the Hop links that you got for the day - with a normal delay.

Stack Bundles, that is a good trick. I keep wondering what was going on with my hops lately. And from Clickbanks twitter account after I asked them what was up:

"There's an issue with Hop reporting. They are working and sales are being tracked, but we are working on a fix for reporting."

I see hops reported, but sales are not reporting for me since Sep 11. Same amount of hops as usual, but no sales. Something is very wrong here. I just contacted them to see what's up with that.

Has anyone noticed problems with sales being reported?

ingomkt, are you saying you are getting sales, but they just aren't being reporting in analytics?

I'm certainly having issues with order form impressions not being reported.
