The Book: How to Write Policies, Procedures & Task Outlines: Sending Clear Signals in Written Directions by Larry Peabody
Biggest Takeaway: The way to create scalable business systems is to clearly separate policies, procedures, and tasks and write them in a format that people actually read and easily follow.
It's a small paperback book. 150ish pages. The perfect compliment to other great "systems" books like eMyth or Work the System. (older, but both good reads as well).
