Fiverr Video. . . Does it really work? WF

I was wondering what kind of experiences you guys have had with adding a video to your Fiverr Gig. What differences is there. . . do you rank higher in searches?

    Adding video on fiverr doesn't help you rank higher on search engine, but help your gig to sell.

    Many people are more visual, and prefer to watch than to read.

    I am not a Gigger but do buy from Fivver quite often and just last week I was vetting 4 Fiverr giggers for a design gig and chose the one with a video. He introduced himself and showed his office setup and the video quickly showed some of his work and that sealed the deal for me so hope that info helps you.

    OK so it works fine for me. Because I do not know what your gig is. Well, we are not sure if it will work for you. Perhaps you do not have a good speaking voice. That is a hgard question to answer. Best advice is to create one mini movie. Then see if it increases sales of your gig. Please try to look at other video for gigs. That will give you ideas on how to create your video and sell your product or service.

    I buy lots of gigs on Fiverr, often in the video niche. If somebody is selling a gig that has anything to do with video and they do not have a video on their gig, I move right on to the next one.

    That's a great topic. I just added a video to one of my Fiverr gigs and have been waiting to see if it will make a difference. I didn't do a video of me though. I did an animoto video. I wonder if maybe I should make a video of me talking instead.

    As a buyer on Fiverr. I buy much more than I sell and I have never watched one of the videos.
    I think if I was buying a graphic product or a video product then I would like to see a demo video but for the services I need I never bother to watch the video and have never been put off by a service that doesn't have a video
