I LOVE how this video was made.

Anyone know how it was done or any services that can make something this quality?

I think that Camtasia and Powerpoint just looks cheesy and lame though..

You really think you could do something this quality without having a mac?

As Marty said, this video is straight out of Keynote on the Mac.

Can you create a video like this with PP and Camtasia on the PC?

Sure - but it's just a whole lot easier using Keynote & Garageband...

...and what impresses you about this video (the elegant text builds, transitions and animations) is completely in-the-box, built into Keynote.

Best $20 you'll ever spend for sure if you're a Mac user.

All that said, having Word won't write you a best-seller either...

Anyone know who created this particular video? They also created the Evergreen Business Systems vids. I'd like to get in touch with them...

If your final target is video it is often not good to start with PowerPoint. The converters either don't work at all or omit parts of the presentation so then you have to do a screen capture. The last one I did many of the frames were bad so I had to pick out the good ones by hand and duplicate them manually to match the sound track. Three days work on a '1 hour job'
Luckily for me I got a better, bigger job out of that customer because I took the time to get it right.

i would also be interested to find a provider for this kind of videos.

lol seems like we are all interested in the video more than what it has to say.

I started playing with Powerpoint recently. I think it could create most of those effects. The transitions might not be as smooth though.

Flash could create a video like that easily but learning how to use flash takes more effort than learning how to use powerpoint.

I launched powerpoint and started clicking buttons to create my first video. I didn't need to go to a help page once. Flash gives you more control over your animations but it takes longer to lay things out.

Not sure what your budget is like, but...

Fellow Warrior Joe Fier does fantastic Keynote video production. He's the guy that does the videos for Josh Bartlett's Easy Video Player.

Looks like Abobe AfterEffects to me, but there are other (cheaper) tools you can use. I've created similar videos (although not as sophisticated) with Serif MoviePlus and Serif ImpactPlus.

While I am of little help when it comes to video, it did look pretty good. In fact, the affiliate program looks even better.

This looks professionally done. If Keynote and Garage Band were used to create I'm excited, new to Mac (2-3 mo.) Off to learn more about these tools.

    Thanks for sharing..
