have PLR personal finance products flooded the market?

hi. excellent forum you all have here!

i'm considering a PLR personal finance product to resell. i've not done any Internet marketing in the past and I'm looking for a product to get my feet wet and learn the business. am i wasting my time with this? will i find thousands of others selling the same PLR product and i'll never be able to compete? i'm just curious if i should try instead to spend my time on creating my own product/ebook. thanks for any advice!

    It is always a good idea to rewrite any PLR that you intend to resell with your own personal slant. This is particularly true in the personal finance and investing niche!

    What dustin_m said. You really want to take PLR and make it your own. That way you won't have to deal with multiple copies out there. PLR is a stepping off point. Use it as a solid basis for ideas and create your own product. That is the best way to use PLR.
