Default Any RSS Submission Experts?

I know how RSS submission works and have all the tools
but my question is "what field in the submission form does
the anchor text come from?"

Title?
Description?
Website?
Name?
Email???

In RSS it is the title first...in description comes second.

Use your main anchor in the title. Use LSA for some good LSI in the description.

I know that sounds confusing but I've been doing and it works. Actually I do know why it works...it's just to much to write out in a forum.
