Advertising CMS?

Is there some sort of advertising cms out there?

or will i have to have one built?

i want my users and advertisers to be able to login to a panel where they can see adspots and prices and available spots etc

and be able to buy spots up and submit there banners

then send out reminders etc when invoices go out?

    i can check adtaily, it may fill ur needs, but its not a ad cms, best of luck

    You can use OpenX to manage you banner system, it can do all of the stuff you listed
