I think I have a money making idea!

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey everyone. This evening I came up with an idea that I think could potentially be a big success. I just do no know where to start. I don't want to give out too many details without spilling the water but it has to do with cell phones and google. I know I need a programmer to make me a script but was wondering how do I go about having this done without having my idea stolen. Do I just have them sign a confidentiality statement? Also, how much time in advance should I start advertising?
